If a bait shows up wrong, damaged, or not what you ordered, we make it right.
What we cover
Wrong item, missing item, or shipping damage — we replace it, on us
Component failure out of the package — send a photo and we will replace the bait
Unused baits within 30 days — refund or exchange
What we do not cover
Normal wear from fishing: chipped paint, bent hooks, cut skirts
Baits lost to snags, rocks, or fish
Custom orders, unless the bait arrived wrong or damaged
