Shipping
Every RedLine bait is handmade to order, so shipping timelines start once your lures leave the bench. Here is exactly how and when your order gets to you.
Processing time
Orders are hand-built and typically ship within 2–4 business days. Custom color orders can take up to 7 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on the method you choose.
Domestic shipping
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS and UPS. Free standard shipping applies automatically to orders over $150 shipped within the continental United States.
- PO boxes: USPS only
- Alaska & Hawaii: standard and expedited only
- APO/FPO addresses supported via USPS
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you created an account, tracking is also available in your order history.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, contact us within 14 days of the ship date and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund.
